Refunds
Information about refunds for DarkHeart purchases. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google — we never store your payment information.
How do I request a refund?
Request a refund through the store where you made the purchase (App Store or Google Play). Approval is at the store's discretion and is not guaranteed.
Note: DarkHeart cannot issue refunds directly for store purchases.
App Store (Apple)
- Visit Apple's Report a Problem page
- Sign in with the Apple ID you used to purchase
- Find your DarkHeart purchase
- Submit a refund request and follow Apple's process
Google Play (Android)
- Open Google Play refund help or your Google Play order history
- Sign in with the Google account you used to purchase
- Find your DarkHeart purchase
- Request a refund and follow Google's process
What information do I need?
Use the same Apple ID or Google account that made the purchase, plus access to that account's email. The store can see your purchase history and process the request.
