DarkHeart Community Guidelines

Effective Date: October 3, 2026

These guidelines explain how we expect people to behave on DarkHeart. They are written for clarity — not as a legal contract. Our Terms & Conditions still apply and take precedence if anything conflicts.

DarkHeart is for adults 18 and older. Be respectful. Don’t harass, scam, or exploit others. If something feels wrong, block and report it.

What is not allowed

Do not use DarkHeart to:

Harass, threaten, stalk, or intimidate anyone
Share or solicit sexual content involving anyone under 18 — zero tolerance
Post nude, pornographic, or sexually explicit photos
Impersonate others or catfish
Spam, solicit, or promote services, products, or commercial sex
Encourage illegal activity or violence
Share private information about others without consent
Evade blocks, bans, or safety tools

We may remove content and restrict accounts that break these rules, including for conduct that started on DarkHeart and continued off-platform when it is reported to us.

Photos and feed

Profile and feed photos should show a real person and stay appropriate for an adult dating app.

Do not post images that:

Promote any service
Depict anyone under 18
Feature adult or explicit content
Show content you don’t have permission to post
Identify where you live or sensitive locations

Feed photos are moderated and are automatically deleted after 7 days.

Reporting and blocking

Use Block and Report in the app when someone makes you uncomfortable or breaks these guidelines. Reports may include child safety concerns, harassment, fake profiles, spam, and other violations.

We review reports in our discretion. We may not share the outcome of every report. Serious or repeated violations can lead to temporary suspension or a permanent ban.

Temporary suspensions

When enough unique users report an account, DarkHeart may apply a timed suspension instead of an immediate permanent ban. Access returns automatically when the timer ends.

Warning	Duration
Warning 1	5 minutes
Warning 2	30 minutes
Warning 3	1 hour
Final warning	24 hours

Further violations after a final warning can send the account to manual review, which may result in a longer suspension or a permanent ban.

Child safety violations and other severe abuse may skip the warning ladder and lead to immediate removal.

If your account is restricted

While suspended, you will see a countdown in the app. When it ends, access returns on its own.

If you believe a restriction was a mistake, contact support and include your User ID (shown on the restriction screen).
