Cancel Subscription vs Delete Account
Canceling Apple or Google billing is not the same as deleting your DarkHeart account. Here is how they differ.
Deleting your account does not cancel billing
If you have an active subscription, cancel it in App Store or Google Play before you delete your account. Account deletion does not automatically cancel your subscription, and you may keep getting charged.
The difference
Cancel your subscription
Stops future charges through Apple or Google. Your DarkHeart account stays. Access continues until the end of the current billing period unless the store says otherwise.
Delete your DarkHeart account
Permanently removes your profile, photos, matches, and chats. It does not cancel App Store or Google Play billing.
Cancel on Apple (App Store)
- Open Settings on your iPhone, then tap your name
- Tap Subscriptions and select DarkHeart
- Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm
Cancel on Google (Google Play)
- Open the Google Play Store, then tap your profile
- Tap Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions
- Select DarkHeart, then tap Cancel subscription
Refunds
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google, not by DarkHeart. We never store your payment information. Refunds page.
